Here's What I Recommend:

Step 1: Learn more about the three most common meditations for stilling one’s mind and calming one’s emotions.

(a) Breath meditation

(b) Mantra meditation

(c) Focus meditation

Step 2: Learn about Pranayama, which is the practice of breathing to still one’s mind and calm one’s emotions.

(a) Sama-Vritti: Same Length Breathing

(b) Single Breathing: In & Out with Brief Pause

Step 3: Implement your chosen meditation practice for 5-10 minutes daily, or as needed.

Step 4: Implement your chosen pranayama practice for 1-2 minutes daily, or as needed.

Step 5: After a couple weeks of practice, contact me for further instruction.
